Fiona Loudon (PhD)
Fiona Loudon is a current PhD student in the lab. Fiona handed her in her thesis in August 2014. Fiona's project examined the role of incubation temperature in shaping freshwater turtle life history. Several of her chapters are already published and several more are already in review. Fiona is currently working in the lab on an externally funded project to test the digestive efficiency of turtles on a range of commercial pet foods. Fiona was a Bachelor of Animal Science undergraduate student and did honours on a molecular biology project of marsupials with Dr Julie Old at UWS.
