Are you having trouble getting the map to display?

 

You need to turn location services on. We highly reccommend that you download Google Chrome for the Iphone/Ipad and Android. But if you are using Safari on your iPhon/iPad then follow the instructions below.

 

Find your Settings icon and then click on Privacy. Find Location Services and make sure Location Services is on. Then look down the list of apps. Find your browser, such as Chrome of Safari, click on them and select 'While Using App' option. When you go back to the surveys, you will be asked whether location services can be used. Click OK and your location will be displayed on the map.
